Danish artist Sara Lew has dropped ‘Shady Light’, the second single from her new album, Out Of Nowhere. It’s a dreamy indie ballad that drenches distant drums in reverb and allows them to form a warm cushion for thick guitar chords to rest upon. Her voice pierces the texture, singing of standing together in a relationship “even in a heavy storm when everything else is falling apart around you. It’s about daring to experiment and be vulnerable and stand on new land together.” Keep an eye out for Out Of Nowhere when it drops in the Autumn of 2023. -Dan Peeke
